Meat isn't bad per se, but it does take longer to pass through your digestive system. You want to clean it out, and foods like avocados, grapefruit, lemons, blackberries, turmeric, green tea fresh ginger, fresh garlic, kale, kiwi, bananas, sweet potatoes, spinach, sunflower seeds, almonds, and artichokes will help you move things along. Exercise

Even if fitness goals aren't on your list of resolutions, get moving! Sweating is one of the ways your body removes toxins. Heavy metals, such as arsenic and lead, have been found in sweat.
